1. Do you ship products to other cities in India and outside India? +

We can ship the products out of Bangalore to any city in India. We ship products by Courier/Speedpost and currently we do not ship outside India.

  1. What are the Shipping Charges and Packaging Charges? +

 We do not charge for packing and shipping is free for some items and charged for some.

  1. What if the art pieces come broken on arrival? +

Please contact us within 24hrs to inform and give us the details , we will require a photo shot of the damaged package and your order details with your contact details. We will contact you and on internal review of your case, we will process your refund either as replacement, voucher for value of the product or a refund. 

  1. Can the shipping address and billing address be different?    + 

Yes. If you want to ship to someone at a different address, you can.

 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped as per the delivery timeline displayed on the website against each product at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.  While we will ensure your shipment is delivered in time, however, under certain unavoidable circumstances there could be delays. Barton, Son & Co. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company or postal authorities within the date displayed for each product at the time of placing the order.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address provided by the buyer during purchase. Barton, Son & Co. is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. However, we insure all the shipments and will ship you a replacement on receipt of insurance claim.
